Swiss Watchmaking

The challenge
Luxury watch buyers don't browse — they study. A watchmaker's website has to survive twenty minutes of scrutiny from someone deciding whether to spend more than a car on a wrist instrument. Most watch sites fail this test with stock templates and compressed photography.
The brief we set ourselves: build a site where every scroll feels like opening a presentation box. No noise, no pop-ups, no urgency tricks. Just the product, staged perfectly.
The approach
We designed around a single idea — the dial is the hero. Each collection page opens on a full-bleed macro render with staggered specification lines that draw as you scroll. Typography does the selling: a razor-thin display face against generous black space.
Engineering matched the ambition. Every product visual is preloaded and size-reserved, so the page never shifts. The movement explorer renders exploded-view layers as the user scrolls, built with CSS transforms only — no heavy 3D library, nothing to stutter on a phone.
The result reads slow and deliberate, but loads violently fast — the contradiction that defines digital luxury done right.
