The challenge

Jewelry e-commerce has a contradiction at its core: the product demands intimacy, but the medium demands efficiency. Add-to-cart buttons and discount banners destroy the very desire that gets someone to the page.

Our brief: prove that a real storefront — cart, checkout, fulfillment logic — can feel like being walked through a showroom by someone who never rushes you.

The approach

Every product page is built like an exhibit: one piece, one story, one full-width detail image at a time. Prices appear in quiet, letterspaced type. The cart is a slide-in tray that never interrupts — it waits.

Under the surface it's ruthless commerce engineering: server-rendered product data, cookie-based cart, a checkout flow cut to the minimum legal number of fields. Express payment sits above the card form, where it belongs.

We also built the 'inquire' path for signature pieces — a form that routes high-value intent to a human instead of a cart, because some purchases deserve a phone call.
